I am responsible for providing overall leadership and strategic direction for Enaltec Labs as a founder member of the company started in 2006 end with an objective of developing and manufacturing complex, small volume, technology-driven APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) to be supplied to generic companies around the Globe.

With more than 15 years of professional experience in various successful pharmaceutical companies, I bring the expertise of leading Enaltec’s team of more than 250 people to establish its image as one of the most reputed & respected manufacturers of complex APIs & developing challenging Finished formulations.

My exhaustive experience in International marketing also contributes directly to Enaltec’s export business in both regulated and less regulated markets. Under my leadership, Enaltec has grown from the domestic market to more than 30 countries across the globe and has grown from a start-up company to a mid-size pharmaceutical company growing at 30% every year.

Today Enaltec has US FDA-approved API manufacturing plant, the plant is capable of producing multipurpose small and mid-volume APIs. Apart from APIs, Enaltec has also marked its entry into formulation development and filing ANDAs & Dossiers for its partners in Regulated markets. We have successfully developed products right from Oral Tab & Capsule Immediate Release & Extended-Release products, to Injectables and Ophthalmic.

I surely envisage to lead Enaltec as one of the prominent partners to Healthcare & Pharmaceutical companies, with a future road map leading to CRAMs & Product innovation models.
